This casita sleeps 2, has one bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom, a living room, and a kitchen. It comes completely furnished with linens and basic kitchenware. It has satellite TV. Pets and smoking are not permitted. Located Overlooking the golf course and Sea of Cortez in the El Dorado RV Park. Just a short walk to the pool, tennis courts and restaurants.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Rentals: 30 days notice - 25% cancellation fee. Under 30 days - No refund.

No refund if date of stay falls during any one of the following holidays: New Year's Day, President's Weekend, Easter, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Shrimp Festival Weekend, Thanksgiving, Christmas.

Reservations can only be made 9 months out.
