El Dorado has designed our communities to satisfy a variety of uses, comfort levels and financial levels.  

The communities at El Dorado Ranch are designed and specified as "mixed use" or "homes only".

"Mixed use" communities allow the use of motorhomes, trailers or mobile homes and there are no "minimum square foot" requirements, for structures.

"Homes only" communities do have "minimum square foot" requirements and do NOT allow the permanent use of recreational vehicles, prefabricated or mobile homes.

Both of these types of communities are offered with city electric service (electric communities) or without city electric service (solar communities).

Each community has it's own level of CC&R's (Covenants, Conditions & Regulations). They are designed to protect the integrity and appearance of the improvements made to the lots appearance of the improvements made to the lots.

All of our communities have views of both "The Sea of Cortez" and the "San Pedro de Martir" mountain range, which has the tallest mountain peak in the Baja (peaks at over 10,000').
